1. Documents in 2 copies must be divided into 2 sets on both sides of the inside part of the folder. Original
copies must be placed on the right side, while photocopies on the left side of the folder.

2. Documents shall be arranged according to the order in the lists above.


3. Appointment documents must be enclosed in long Green Folder using fastener on the upper middle part
(please don’t use binder, clear book, or plastic folder) indicated with:
