About me

I have 13 years experience in instrumentation design for oil & gas projects (basic, feed & detail design engineering)
I issued documents like :
- datasheets, technical specifications, hook-upsmain cable routing, material take-off, junction boxes wiring diagram, fire & gas
specifications, loop diagrams, technical specifications, bid evaluation reports, sections for main cable routing, DCS/ESD
input-output lists, Wellhead control unit specification, CCTV, telecommunication system (PAGA), Power supply diagrams,
Cabinet drawings and wiring diagrams for automation/system cabinets (DCS/ESD/Marshalling/Network/Power distribution) in
Eplan/Autocad, Interconnection diagrams, Workflow Quotations, Tender/Proposals for instrumentation.
Procurement projects for instrumentation delivery - execution phase.
Construction projects related to electrical & instrumentation, supervisor for the execution phases including commissioning until
final reception of a project.
I obtained a certificate in Germany for Automotive Safety oriented hardware development acc to ISO 26262.
I have passed also the assessment for IEC 61508 Functional safety training.

- site supervisor for construction of new factory (transformation from corn to wheat processing).
- responsible for more areas/buildings/systems : Wet Separation, Flour Mill, Electrical Building,
Control Room, Liquid Feed tanks, Wheat Precleaning, Gluten drying, Gluten loading etc.
- coordinate together with all contractors in site : civil (Mainka), mechanic (Fincimec, IMO, Ocrim),
steel structure (Frijns), tanks (Lipp), electrical & instrumentation (Actemium, Siemens, ABB).
- technical collaboration with engineering in site (Tehnip Spain).
- solving construction issues during execution and managing the contractors to fullfill the time
schedule and main scope of work.
- propose technical solutions in various phases of the project, submit site instructions for
engineering deviations.
- supervise electrical works : earthing layout, installation of underground HV cables, transformers

Installation of fiber optic from well sites to main station, integration in network cabinet with FO patch panels.
o Modify Siemens emergency control system cabinet (ESD) adding SIL3 relays for shutdown command of the
new compressor.
