Coordinator of Youth Livelihood Project for Save the Children. As my CV shows, I graduated my
teaching Diploma from Debub Ethiopia teachers College by Social Science, my BA degree in
Educational planning and Management from Dilla University and my MA in Curriculum and
Quality Assurance in education from the same University.
I have 14 years work experience 3 years as primary school Social Science teacher to previous
Sidama Zone, 6 years as school principal and supervisor from elementary to High school at Hula
Woreda in Sidama Regional State, 1 year as Part-Time Curriculum Lecturer in Hawassa College of
Teacher Education, 2 years as Community Outreach officer of USAID’s READ II Project for CVDA
(Common Vision for Development Association) at Dara & Dara Otilcho woredas in Sidama
Regional State, 2 year as LT (Coaching, mentoring, supporting PLCs & CoP, etc for Hawassa Langano,
Teticha and Tugo Secondary Schools of Hawaasa Zuria, Teticha and Bursa Woreda’s of the same region) and
currently I am searching job since the previous project was terminated.

In my past experience I have acquired the experience of community based youth facilitating,
community mobilizing, case management and psychological support, planning, implementing,
supervising, monitoring and reporting, and experience of working with multicultural team and
implementing complex projects. Working with a variety of individuals and demonstrated the
successful achievement of educational plan with regional and Woreda level government
stakeholders.

Based on this my educational background and work experiences at different responsibility level, I
count myself as highly eligible for the position of Regional Coordinator of Youth Livelihood Project for
