1. MEDICAL DOCTOR-2 POSTS

Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Medicine and Surgery
• 5 years post Internship Experience
• Must be registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board and must
have a valid practice license

2. A. CLINICAL OFFICER- EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE SPECIALIST -1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery
• At least 3 years’ general practice as a Registered Clinical Officer
• Post Diploma training in Emergency & Critical Care Medicine
• Must be registered as a Clinical Officer
• Must have a valid practice license

B. CLINICAL OFFICER-3 POSTS

Minimum Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery
• At least 3 years’ general practice in a busy hospital set up
• Must be registered as a Clinical Officer
• Must have a valid practice license

 3. PAEDIATRICIAN-1 POST
Minimum Requirements
• Masters in Medicine Paediatrics
• Good clinical experience as pediatrician with in-depth knowledge and experience in
clinical diagnosis and management of pediatric illnesses and emergencies
• Must be registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• Must have a valid practicing license

4. GENERAL SURGEON-1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Masters in Medicine and Surgery
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up
• Must be registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• Must have a valid practicing license

5. A. HEAD OF NURSING DEPARTMENT-1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing from KMTC or other institution recognized by the Nursing Council
of Kenya
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up, with 1 year experience in
administrative role
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Must have a valid practicing license

B. NURSE -3 POSTS
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing from KMTC or other institution recognized by the Nursing Council
of Kenya
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya

 6. A. HEAD OF MEDICAL LABARATORY DEPARTMENT - 2 POSTS
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in laboratory sciences or any other equivalent qualification from KMTC or
other institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and
Technologist Board
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up, with 1 year experience in
administrative role
● Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists
Board (KMLTTB)
● Must have a valid practicing license

B. MEDICAL LABARATORY TECHNOLOGISTS- 2 POSTS

Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in laboratory sciences or any other equivalent qualification from KMTC or
other institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and
Technologist Board
• Minimum of 2 years’ post registration experience in a busy hospital set up
● Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists
Board (KMLTTB)
● Must have valid practicing license

7. PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGIST - 1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from KMTC or other institution recognized by
the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist Board
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up
● Must be registered with the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association
● Must have valid practicing license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board

8. RADIOGRAPHER/SONOGRAPHER- 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
• Higher Diploma in Radiology & Sonography from an institution recognized by the
Radiation Protection Board.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hospital set up
• Must be a registered with Kenya Radiation Protection Board
• Must have a valid practicing license

 9. COMMUNITY ORAL HEALTH OFFICER -1 POST
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Community oral health/Dentistry or equivalent from KMTC or from a
recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in a busy dental Clinic
• Must be registered with Oral health Association of Kenya (OHAK)/ Kenya Medical
Practitioners and Dentists Council
• Must have a practicing license

10. MARKETING OFFICER-1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/Business or related field from a
recognized university
• Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in medical field, insurance or
pharmaceutical industry

11. SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE- 1 POST

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized university
• 1 year of work experience as a social media/ community manager
• Experience in depth research
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Passionate about digital marketing and content creation
