Chapter 1

1. Introduction

• Overview
• Problem
• Literature / Studies / Support with citation
• Context of Situation
• Felt need
• Objectives of the study

2. Background of the Study (cite problem, investigation, approaches to solve problem or insights)
3. Statement of the Problem (at least 3-5 questions)
4. Hypothesis (If applicable/If inferential statistics)
5. Significance of the Study (benefits of research to individual, group, or organization, etc.)
6. Scope & Delimitation (area or focus of research, cite variables and limitations)
7. Definition of Terms (list down and define the most important variables according to conceptual and operational)

Chapter 2

Literature Review (at least 10 local, National & 10 international) (APA citation and reference)

• Review of Literature (at least 50 words or less)

• Review of Studies (at least 50 words or less)
• Synthesis of the state-of-the-art
• Gap bridge (uniqueness based on a synthesis of review of related literature)
• Theoretical Framework (At least 2-3 theories, highly relevant)
• Conceptual Framework (Input, Process, Output, Feedback)

Chapter 3

Methodology

• Research Design (with citation, state reasons for choosing the design)
• Methods: Tool/s Instrument/s (with a citation if adapted from a study or reference from support)
• Respondents (who are the respondents? their classification, and reasons for choosing them or for being part of the
study) Sampling Technique (probability or non-probability), just fused respondents and sampling technique.
• Reliability Test (questionnaire shall be evaluated by the experts including the adviser as an evaluator, at least 3
evaluators)
• Data Collection Process (procedure in a study)
• Data Analysis (how researchers can be processed or analyzed)
• Statistical Treatment (mathematical operations to treat the data, use for data analysis)
