Iguana’s Mexican Grill in Crystal


City offers traditional Mexican food, said
Ramon Cruz, who owns and operates the
restaurant, which opened June 10 at 907-
909 N. Truman Blvd.
Cruz also owns La Chatina Mexican
Restaurant in Fredericktown.
“We have a variety of Mexican
foods,” said Cruz, 31, of Fredericktown.
“It’s a family restaurant.”
The Iguana’s menu includes bur-
ritos, enchiladas, chimichangas, fajitas
and street tacos, as well as chicken, steak
and seafood and a variety of specialties
and desserts.
The restaurant soon will offer alco-
holic drinks, Cruz said.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m.
to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday
and 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and
