Dear to whom it may concern,

I have known Chloe for over three years and I believe that she is one of the most
talented and outgoing people I have ever met. Chloe would make an amazing addition to any
team with her broad skill set and positive attitude.
During the time that I have known Chloe I have seen her overcome many obstacles
that have challenged her to grow as an employee and a leader in the workplace. Chloe has
shown great communication skills in the workplace as she is always friendly and helpful to
customers; as well as, she works well with angry customers providing a solution that makes
everyone happy. Chloe has also shown that she can be an accomplished manager as she has
managed at Dollar General; in which, she was in charge of inventory management, delegating
employees to get tasks done in a timely manner, and handling obstacles in a fast paced
environment.
One of my first experiences with Chloe in the workplace was when she was a
manager at Dollar General and several customers were unhappy with the price of an item and
were holding up the line which made other customers angry. She took charge of the situation
and started helping the customer with the return while delegating to her employee to open up
another lane to help get the other customers out. She showed her ability to think in fast paced
and stressful environments while maintaining good customer service and efficient flow of
customers.
In addition to her abilities to be a strong manager Chloe is a punctual employee who
is always on time and shows up to work with a positive attitude. She meets all customers with
a smile even though they might not all be happy with what is going on. Chloe brings positive
energy into the workplace uplifting the spirit of her fellow coworkers while also making sure
that her team stays on task.
