What habit of yours that contribute to a healthy living?


Eating vegetables and fruits. Eating vegetables has health benefits — people who eat more
vegetables and fruits as part of a healthy diet are less likely to develop certain chronic diseases.
Vegetables provide nutrients that are essential for your body's health and maintenance.
Example, each of my meal there is always a vegetables and whenever I am studying I always
eat a lot of fruits.

Are there things that you consider unhealthy but you cannot stop your self from doing it?
Yes, this is when I always on my phone while staying on bed. Bedsores and body aches,
particularly in the lower back, are side effects of staying in bed all day. Lying in bed all day is
also linked to an increased risk of stress, depression, and a variety of other psychological and
cardiovascular issues.

What do you plan to do to become physically fit/healthy?


My plan:
1. Exercise everyday
2. Eat vegetables and fruits and also eat on time.
3. Get enough sleep.
4. Lessen the stress.
5. Stay positive, and keep motivated.
