Our lifestyle included any choice, habit, or action that influences our

life. In my opinion, people today are having worse lifestyles than in the
past. There are some reasons why the lifestyle change.
The first reason is our eating habits. Our eating habit has changed
positively. In the past, people didn't use to eat fast food, alcohol, or soft
drink, but now they are crazy about it. People eat out with fast food or
ready meals instead of delicious and nutritious meals. According to a
study, the rate of obesity diseases in the 19th century is lower than that
of in the 21st century.
Secondly, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but today
most people may decide that don't have to eat cause they don't have
enough time for this.
Finally, exercise is the piece of advice that we hear anytime. It is
strongly linked to a variety of health benefits from the heart and to
extending lifespan. But it wastes your time. Therefore, avoid bad eating
habits, you needn't do exercise.
In conclusion, healthy lifestyle modifications have been shown to have
a positive impact on our health
