The 1950s and Today

Introduction paragraph

The lifestyles of people are changing decade by decade. There are many differences between the 1950s
and today such as eating habits and physical activity.

Body paragraph

As we know by medical development the food ration is changing day by day. In the 1950s people didn’t
use to care about how to eat however nowadays even we know how to measure the calories that we
take daily. In my opinion, ladies eat lots of sweets and chocolate which is not healthier. Moreover, it has
negative effects on women's health, including increased risk of insulin resistance and diabetes. As well
eating too much sugar may contribute to acne, weight gain, and tiredness.

Body paragraph 2

Health is wealth

In the 1950s people didn`t use to exercise daily but their routines included lots of physical activity like
sweeping, ironing, washing dishes. By the invention and improvement of technology has reduced the
role of daily housework in human life which maintained people`s physical activity.

To have a healthy body people must add walking, sports, dancing, yoga, running or other activities to
daily habits. Regular physical activity is one of the most important thing you can do for your health.
Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease,
strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.
