Nowadays,obesity is one of the most pressing problems, 

but whats the solution


to this important issue?

Its goes without saying that overconsumption of food drastically affects our
wellness. To be more precise, it is addictive and leads to having an overweigh
body, for this reason out of control eating could be considered as a main cause
of obesity. In view of this, it is of paramount importance to control our diet and
make our eating habits more sustainable.

Besides this, ubiquitous drinks like soda are cheap and easily accessible all
around the world, but they are full of harmful ingredients such as sugar and
caffeine. These ingredients add unwanted fat to the body and put it under a risk
of medical conditions. Due to this soda must be completely taken out from diet
to prevent obesity 

In today’s society vast majority of people live a sedentary lifestyle. Therefore,


slothful people who have developed inactive lifestyle often struggle with
obesity and health problems. This can be avoided by implementing regular
exercise in everyday life and by engaging in different physical activities.

In conclusion solutions to obesity are various, but cutting down on unhealthy


food and regularly exercising is the most efficient way out
