CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

We, Mr. & Mrs. Bernardo Amurao, of legal age, married and a resident
of Brgy Sotero, Nuesa, Roxas, Isabela, the owner of a certain parcel of
Agricultural land with an area of more or less 5,000 sqm. Located at Purok
Maligaya Matusalem, Roxas, Isabela with a title number
____________________________.

That for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred thousand

pesos (400,000.00) Philippine currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged from Glory M. Amurao, likewise of legal age , married and a
resident of Matusalem, Roxas, Isabela, known as the lessee.

It is the essence of this contract that the lessee shall cultivate said
parcel of land for a period of two years (4 croppings), but shall the possessor of
the land fails to return the full amount after the stipulated period of time, then
this contract is enforceable from cropping until such time said amount is
returned in full to the lessee.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, We have hereunto affix our signature this 10th day
of March 2023.
