CONTRACT OF LEASE

This Contract of Lease entered into this 1st day of May 2023 and executed by and between:

referred to as the “LESSOR”

NAME OF CUSTOMER, __________________________________Filipino citizen, of

legal age with postal address at herein after
referred to as the “LESSEE.”

WITNESSETH

That the lessor hereby agrees to lease unto the land lessee the fishpond property for a
period of One (1) Year, beginning May ____, 2023.

That for and in consideration of the land lease, the lessor hereby acknowledges to have
received from the lessee the amount of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 25,000)
Philippine currency as payment for the rentals of the One (1) Year at TWENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 25,000) Philippine currency, per annum only.

That the lessee hereby agrees to keep the fishpond land in good condition during the
period of lease.

That the lessor hereby agrees and promise not to disturb the peaceful progression of the
lessee during the therein the heirs period when it has begun.
