If the leaks were repaired, a cabin differential pressure of 5.2 +/-0.1 psid for Model 695 and 690C and 6.7 +/-0.1 psid for Model 690D, 695A and 695B should be obtained in the steps below with LOW air flow. If the leaks were not repaired, verify that the differential pressure obtained is at least the same as obtained during the pre-installation checkout. Remove the static line from the cabin pressure controller and cap the static port on the controller. Attach the H20 meter to the static line. Set RATE selector knob on the cabin pressure controller to the full clockwise position. . Connect the pressurization cart to the T at the outlet of the heat exchanger. Connect an external air pressure source, regulated to 18 (+/-1)psi, to the inlet side of the cross containing the overpressure switch. Using a breakout box, part number GATSC100023, connect a VOM to pins C(+) and D(-) of the Mass Flow Sensor. . Connect an auxiliary power unit to the aircraft external power receptacle. FAN can be used for air circulation at any altitude. verify that the AC light is on whenever the Air Cond Switch is in the AIR COND position. . Verify that there is air flow from the air conditioner system overhead outlets when the Air Cond Switch is in the AIR COND or FAN position, and that the air is cool when the switch is in the AIR COND position. © Verify that the air flow increases when the Evap Switches are in the HI position. Verify that air flow increases out of the floor outlets with mass flow switch in MAX position and that the MAX FLOW annunciator illuminates. Verify that cabin temperature is controlled by adjusting temperature control rheostat. Verify temperature changes using thermometers to monitor the duct temperature and the duct output temperature in the cockpit. The temperatures will vary with altitude and outside temperature. With Auto/Manual Switch in MANUAL, verify that temperature is controlled by using the INCR/DECR switch. (Push switch for one second or less and wait at least one minute for a temperature change.)
