Project Objectives: to empower students with the autonomy and digital skills necessary to succeed in a technology-
driven world by implementing a comprehensive digital literacy program in schools.

2. Timelines and Milestones

The project will be carried out over a period of one academic year and will be divided into the following key milestones:

3. Individual Tasks: What are the specific tasks that TDS needs to perform to carry out the project?

 Design and develop the detailed project plan.


 Assess and measure the progress and success of the project.
 Deliver regular reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
 Conduct up to 20 hours of training in the first week of the school year.
 Administer assessments for teachers/coordinators and students in Sciences, Languaje art and Math.
 Establish activities, timeline, task owners, milestones, KPIs, and resources available per school.
 Conduct training sessions for principals, students, and parents.
 Provide content developer training and feedback sessions.
 Deliver ASU training modules 1-3 and execution and feedback sessions related to ASU training done in 2022.
 Conduct readiness training for school principals and leadership teams.
 Provide coaching sessions with each school's leadership team.
 Conduct project's bimonthly reporting.
