NEAP- CO is about to implement the different trainings they have asked us to submit list of participants
last December 24 – 26, 2020 (PDP1) for teachers and school leaders. Also, they are now asking possible
list of participants for another set of professional programs (PDP2) to be given after the culmination of
the PDP1. Kindly read and follow the instruction below: Here’s the link for the drive.

1. This folder consists of 3 Excel Files

a. RTI PDP 1 for Validation (consisting of 4 short training courses: Supplementary Reading Materials,
Supplementary Reading Materials (K-3), Early Grade, Early Grade (K-3)

b. SEAITIE PDP 1 for Validation (consisting of 5 short training courses: Safeguarding School, Innovation,
Virtual Environment, ClassRoom Management, Demofest)

c. SEAMEO PDP 1 for Validation (consisting of 7 short training courses: 2 for teachers, Guro 21-Course 1
and Guro 22-Course 2 and 5 for school Heads: TeachEXCEL, SuperEXCEL, PeaceEXCEL, LeadEXCEL and
HealthEXCEL.

2. Bawat isang Excel File ay may mga nakalistang participants kasama ang kanilang data. Ang gagawin po
natin ay pakicheck kung may kailangang baguhin sa data nila like kung nagbago ang CP #,
position(T1,2,3,etc), nalipat ng school, age. May additional column po na nakalagay which is NEAP
Issued SimCard Number. Pakilagay po yung number. Also pwede po kayong magpalit ng participant,
pakibago lang din lahat ng details na hinihingi at ilagay sa REMARKS COLUMN na replacement.

3. PAUNAWA: Yung school nyo lang po ang icheck nyo.Huwag pakialaman yung iba.Huwag magdagdag
ng column. No need isave kapag magexit. Automatic nagsasave ito.

4. Para sa mga short courses for school leaders, merun po tayong nabakanteng slot. Isa sa PeaceEXCEL, 2
sa LeadEXCEL, at 1 sa HeathEXCEL. Ito ay dahil yung mga nakalagay dati dito ay under na sa STI 1 at 2
short course ng SEAMEO. Sa mga interesadong school head, kindly PM me and provide the needed data
na nasa excel file.
