Course Description : The course facilitates interactive discussion for values clarification and integration towards redirection of one’s values for
productivity and effectiveness in the organization.

Program Educational After 2-3 years in the program, Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision, the graduate is:
Objectives
▪ a highly-skilled administrator/supervisor with excellent & cutting-edge knowledge and skills in educational administration
and supervision;
▪ an ethically-imbued educational leader who can apply with commitment and integrity the acquired cutting-edge knowledge
and skills with self-direction/leadership in educational administration and supervision; and
▪ an effective communicator and service-oriented educational administrator with high substantial degree of independence
Program Outcomes that involves exercise of leadership and initiative excellence in individual work or with unity and transparency in teams of
inter/multi-disciplinary field.
