contempt by a third party shall be sentenced to detention for a period not exceeding two years or
to a fine not exceeding AED 20,000, or to both penalties."

Furthermore, under Article 19 of the UAE Cybercrime Law No. 5 of 2012, any person who uses
electronic means to publish information that damages the reputation, prestige, or position of
another person shall be punished with imprisonment and/or a fine.

Given the stature and reputation of my father, your defamatory statements are particularly
egregious and have caused significant harm to his reputation and legacy. As such, I demand that
you retract your defamatory statements and issue a written apology to my father's family within
