Subject: Proposal of Jt. Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Mumbai for presenting traffic e-challan registered against
you / your vehicle in the Lok-Adalat for determination.

Sir/Madam,
Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed, that the Petitioner Jt. Commissioner of Police
(Traffic), Mumbai had submitted an application for referring traffic e-challan registered against you / your vehicle to
the Lok-Adalat meant for pre-litigation claims, to be held on 13th August 2022. It is contended that you have
violated the Traffic Rules and thereby committed an offence punishable under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, details
of which are attached with this notice. Taking into consideration the aforesaid contentious issues, it is expedient for
referring Traffic Challan/s registered against you / your vehicle at pre-litigation stage of the Lok-Adalat u/sec.19(5) (ii)
of the Legal Services Authorities Act ,1987 for final determination. Pursuant to Section 20(2) of the Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1987 r/w section 12(2) of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat’s) Regulations, 2009,
you are hereby called upon to make the payment of the unpaid e-challans through eChallan Online Portal,
Mumtrafficapp Mobile Application or by visiting the nearest Traffic Division at the earliest possible or else your
matter will be taken up before the National Lok Adalat to be held on Saturday, 13th August 2022
Note:
1. If you make the payment as mentioned in the file attached with the letter forthwith or before the day of Lok-Adalat,
you are not required to remain present in the Lok-Adalat.
2. You can also make the payment of your unpaid e-challan even on the day of Lok-Adalat at any subordinate Court
nearby to you, where Lok-Adalat will be organized / held.
3. To raise your Grievance if any, please visit Mumtrafficapp Mobile Application.

ऊपरोत नमुद िवषयास अनुसन आपणास कळिवयात येते की , याचीकाकता सह पोलीस आयुत (वाहतूक), मुंबई यांनी आपयािव /
आपया मालकीया वाहनाबाबत नोंदिवलेया वाहतुक चालान िदनांक १३ ऑगट २०२२ रोजी आयोजीत दाखलपुव दायांसाठीया लोक
अदालतीकडे पाठिवयासाठी अज सादर केला आहे. यांनी असा दावा केला आहे की, आपण वाहतुकीया िनयमांचे उलंघन कन मोटार वाहन
अिधिनयमांचे तरतुदीनुसार िशापा व तडजोडपा असा अपराध केला आहे. याबाबतचे िववरण वाहतुकीया िनयमांचे उलंघनाया फोटोसह
या नोटीसीसह जोडयात आले आहे. तरी उपरोत िववादापद बाबी लात घेता आपणािव दाखल वाहतुक चालान िवधी सेवा पाधीकरणाचे
कलम १९(५) अवये दाखलपुव खटला हणुन अंतीम िनवाडयाकरीता लोक अदालतीकडे पाठिवणे उपयुत वाटते. तरी िवधी सेवा पाधीकरणाचे
अिधिनयम, १९८७ चे कलम २०(२) सह वाचन राीय िवधी सेवा पाधीकरण ;लोक अदालत िनयमन, २००९ मधील िनयम १२,२०(२)
अवये आपणास सुचीत करयात येते कीए आपणािव अथवा आपया मालकीया वाहनाबाबत जारी करयात आलेया वाहतुक ई.चालानची
देय रकम आपण शय िततया लवकर ऑनलाईन पोट ल, Mumtrafficapp मोबाइल अँप अथवा जवळया वाहतुक पोलीस िवभागात जाउन
भरावी अयथा आपले पकरण शिनवार, िदनांक १३ ऑगट २०२२ रोजी होणाया लोकअदालतीमये पटलावर घेयात येईल.
नोंद . १) या नोटीसीसोबत जोडयात आलेया चलानमये नमुद केयापमाणे ताकाळ अथवा लोक अदालतीया िदवसापुव तडजोडीची रकम
अदा केयासए आपणास लोक अदालतीमये हजर राहयाची आवयकता नाही. २) लोक अदालतीया िदवशी सुा आपण आपयाशी संबध ं ीत
देय वाहतुक ई-चलानची रकम आपया जवळया या महानगर दंडािधकारी यांचे यायालयात लोकअदालतीचे आयोजन करयात आले आहे
या िठकाणी जाउन भ शकता. 3) आपया वाहनावरील चलन संदभातील कोणतीही तार करणेसाठी Mumtrafficapp या मोबाइल अँप
चा उपयोग करा.
