Scope and Delimitation

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
(4psConditional )'s Cash Transfer (CCT) would affect the reduction of poverty in Madridejos, Cebu, in
2022. By highlighting the program's impacts on the beneficiaries' education, health, and nutrition, this
research will particularly evaluate the program's impact. In this study, structured and validated
questionnaires will be employed, and the study will last for six months.

This evaluation study is limited to current 4ps beneficiaries. This does not include previous recipients
who are no longer eligible for financial assistance. The head of the recipient households will be the
responders, but the evaluation will be based on the human capital level of the entire family.
Additionally, this study solely examines the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and excludes any
other government agencies or monetary assistance schemes with a similar goal.
