Greetings to all the delegates and the chair present

Did you know?
To date, China has exported 1.8 billion vaccine doses to over
120 countries in need.
The COVID-19 pandemic has offered China a great chance to
show its international influence by providing developing
countries with very important health goods such as COVID-
19 vaccines. The CSIS China Power Project published a
detailed study of China's "Covid-19 diplomacy," which
evaluates the scope and impact of China's efforts to supply
undeveloped countries with medical aid and vaccines.
China is the largest vaccine supplier in the world. According
to the statics, china is suppled 391 million of the vaccines and
also china donated 12million vaccine doses to over 120
countries in need.

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on the world economy

and global health security. To some degree, China has successfully
developed vaccines to tackle the pandemic. However, many countries
in the world, particularly the least-developed countries, lack the
biotechnology to develop vaccines. No country will be safe until all
countries are safe in terms of pandemic control. Therefore, it is both
morally and realistically imperative for China to promote accessibility,
affordability and availability of vaccines for the international
community. China temporarily put the pandemic under control
domestically and offered vaccines both within and beyond its borders
China has actively engaged itself in vaccine diplomacy since the
outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. China’s vaccine diplomacy
derives from its holistic approach to national security and
commitment to building the Health Silk Road

Part of the world's countries are making good progress vaccinating their
citizens against COVID-19, which will save lives and get their economies
back on track.  But most low- and middle-income countries are still
struggling to get enough doses just to protect their health and frontline
workers, as well as their most vulnerable. Indeed, 66% of people in high-
income countries have so far received at least one shot of a COVID-19
vaccine, compared to 2% of people in low-income countries
To save lives around the world, COVID-19 vaccines must be shared more
equitably and become widely available in low- and middle-income
countries. However, obtaining enough vaccines is only the first hurdle. To
get shots into arms rapidly, developing countries have to be prepared and
equipped for mass vaccination.
