2 Working individually, think back over your experiences in the classroom since you started school as a
young child. Identify all the technological changes that have changed the way lessons are organised and
how learning happens.
Ask your family or other older adults for their reflections.

Challenge
After completing question 2 above share your findings with a partner. You are then to work together on the
following task: imagine a world ten years in the future. Identify at least three technology changes that you
predict will have an impact on small businesses and their customers.
Write these on flip chart paper ready for sharing with the class.
