1. What assesments have you experienced as a students?
My experience of assessment during my time as a student was using traditional
assessment and alternative assessment. The assessment depends on the teacher, how
the teaching method affects the assessment process. One example of assessment when
I was in high school, there were teachers who simply listened to how the teacher
explained, diligently asked questions and took exams, such as midterm and end-of-
semester exams, after which assessment would be carried out at the end of a certain
time.
And the second teacher who teaches with creative methods such as interesting
teaching media, assessment during presentations, quizzes, and including taking exams
is the source of assessment. Assessments made during presentations, quizzes and
assignments aim to help or improve the final exam score if the score is lacking.

2. If you be a teacher in the future, what are some of the ways you have assess your
students, why? explain the steps of the assessment.
If I become a teacher in the future I will conduct assessments using traditional
assessment and alternative assessment. For example, for daily learning I would use
open-ended creative answer, interactive performance, oriented to process, these are
alternative assessments. My goal in using these assessments is to build creative,
innovative and confident thinking in students. I will combine this alternative
assessment with traditional assessment. I use traditional assessment when students
face exams such as end-of-semester or mid-semester exams. After the two
components of the assessment are complete, I will combine and give the results of the
assessment to the student.
