We have pleasure in appointing you as Travel Trainee with effect from 15" Feb 2022 in our
organization. Your appointment is subjected to the following terms &conditions

1. Your Salary per month will be Rs.35000/- ( Thirty Five Thousand Only).

2. It is a condition of your service to ensure that the organization's policies of maintaining confidentiality
for the remuneration you receive are observed by you at all times.

3 You shail observe utmost confidentlality and secrecy of any and allinformation received by you or
entrusted to you in the course of your employment and you shall at all times, whether during or after
the discontinuation of your employment, act with utmost fidelity and not disclose or divulge such
information to a third party or make use of such information for your own benefit. Upon the
discontinuation of your employment, you will immedlately surrender to the Company all documents and
any other property entrusted to you in the course of your employment, or taken by you without the
knowledge of this company. Any violation of the same could result in invocation of legal proceedings,
civil or criminal or both, against you.

23. Your appointent s Suoject to your b e n g medically tit. The comparny reserves the right to have you

medically ekamined by a Medical Practitioner of its choice at any time during the continuity of your
empioyme nt with it

24 You wil not anywhere and at any time after relinquishment of your services/ employment, either
personally or through your agents, friend or relatives directly or indirectly represent yourselt as being

connected or interested in any way in the busines5 of the Company

26. You will strictly abide by the company's HR and Administration Policy applicable to you that are in

torce tor the time being or maybe tramed from time to time. You shall report and carry out instructions

gven to you from time to time by your superiors.

27. You shall in addition to the conditions stated

specifically above be gOverned by the rules,
regulations, practices, 5ystems, procedures and policies as are in force or maybe added, altered
modified or omitted/deleted by the Company from time to time. You shall be governed by the laws
enacted by the Local Authority, State or Central Government as applicable to you trom time to time. "
