 Dear all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all to Orientation Programme on Cloud
Computing. It is an honour to announce that NeGD, MeitY has developed this program to
leverage the benefits of cloud computing.

 On behalf of NeGD, I welcome you all to the Specialized Training program on Government
Process Reengineering & Change Management scheduled on 28 th March 2023

 This specialized program is being implemented by NeGD under the Capacity Building Scheme
of NeGD, MeitY. This program has been conceptualized and delivered under the leadership
of our P&CEO, Shri Abhishek Singh.

 In the past two decades, technology has advanced rapidly, and cloud-based systems have
become a ubiquitous feature of our daily lives, driving businesses and services across the
internet. Governments cannot remain isolated from this trend as citizens and stakeholders
now demand fast, efficient, and secure services. To achieve this, there is a need to build
awareness and confidence in cloud computing as a technological backbone.

 The program has been designed to sensitize and orient participants to cloud computing and
its role in advancing the Digital India program by providing integrated government services
to citizens. It will also cover high-profile cloud-based implementations, such as COWIN,
DIGILOCKER, and AROGYASETU.
