Job Description:
As a Demand Generation / Growth Manager, you will be responsible for launching new categories and driving
growth for our clients. You should have experience working at high-growth chasing companies and owning
demand generation for specific categories from scratch.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new market opportunities and develop a go-to-market strategy for launching new
categories
• Define the total addressable market (TAM) for each category and prioritize based on potential
impact and feasibility
• Develop a demand generation plan for each category, including tactics such as content
marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media
• Execute on the demand generation plan and track key metrics such as lead generation,
conversion rates, and ROI
• Work closely with the sales team to bring in the first few customers and refine the sales process
• Continuously test and optimize demand generation tactics to improve performance and
scalability
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and growth
marketing
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to ensure alignment
on goals and messaging
