Repair Closing Job – Depot Repair

1. Select appropriate responsibility (Ex. ‘EMR CSA Level1 MSS USA’).

2. Navigate to Service→Repair Orders

The Service order related to the Service Request number will populate
a. Enter the Service Request number
b. Click “Find” then in Results field Customer details will populate
c. Click “Ok”

3. Click on Data in menu tab and select Quick menu

4. In Quick menu select “Close Discrete Job- WIP”

5. Close discrete job form opens and click on Tools > Close 1 > Close Discrete
Jobs Request > Ok

6. Job status will change from Released to “Closed”
