1. Introduction

The Brazilian government has published NF-e Technical Note 2022.003 introducing new fields and new
validation rules. This document will guide you through the post-implementation steps that are necessary to
perform the SD layout changes related to this technical note.
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to guide you on the implementation steps to create new objects for the NF-
e Technical Note 2022.003.
1.2 Scope
It is possible that for some SAP releases the object described in this guide was already delivered on the
system, via automatic correction instruction of SAP Note 3288601, or via the UDO report NOTE_3288601.
If that is your case, you need to follow the steps only for the objects that are not on your system already.

2. Screen Control

2.1 View J_1BAKH_MANV

2.1.1. Access the Edit Table Views: Initial Screen (SM30) transaction.
2.1.2. On the View field, enter “J_1BAKH_MANV”.
2.1.3. Click on the Maintain button.
2.1.4. Click on the New Entries button.
2.1.5. Add the following new entries:

2.1.6. Click on the Save button.

2.2 View J_1BAKHV

2.2.1. Access the Edit Table Views: Initial Screen (SM30) transaction.
2.2.2. On the View field, enter “J_1BAKHV”.
2.2.3. Click on the Maintain button.
2.2.4. Click on the New Entries button.
2.2.5. Add the following new entries:

2.3.2. On the View field, enter “J_1BNFW_SCGV”.
2.3.3. Click on the Maintain button.
2.3.4. Click on the New Entries button.

3.1 Create new messages

3.1.1. Access the Message Maintenance: Initial Screen (SE91) transaction.


3.1.2. On the Message Class field, enter “J1B_NFE”.
3.1.3. Click on the Change button.
3.1.4. Click on the Messages tab.
3.1.5. Navigate to the row number 653.
3.1.6. Enter the following values:

654 Random number must be different from zero for standard X

655 Random number must be zero for confidential document X
reference type
656 You must inform the Document Reference Type. X

4.1 Customizing messages (optional step)

You can optionally control the behavior of the messages J1B_NFE 654, J1B_NFE 655, and choose if you
want them to raise warning or error messages. Your system is preconfigured for the messages to be raised
as warnings, to change that, configure your system.
For this, access the Edit Table Views: Initial Screen (SM30) transaction. Open the Message Control by
User (V_T100C) view and, on the Application Area field, enter “J1B_NFE”.
