The probation period is of up to 13 months. Likewise, the termination process goes according to
the Section 21 of the Jordanian Labour Law. Employees have the right to obtain payment during
their notice period. Workers are eligible for payment for their unused leave days if they are
terminated before the date of their annual leave.
Taxes in Jordan

too. Worker income tax goes from 5% to 30%, according to their salaries.
