the Section 21 of the Jordanian Labour Law. Employees have the right to obtain payment during
their notice period. Workers are eligible for payment for their unused leave days if they are

VAT is of 16% in the region. Companies must pay Social Security tax and employees must pay it
too. Worker income tax goes from 5% to 30%, according to their salaries.
