Reducing the negative effects of the excessive use of social networks becomes a
fundamental factor to improve the Mental Health crisis affecting the population. The
negative effects of isolation due to the excessive use of social networks can be improved
by establishing rules for the use of the telephone and setting a timetable for surfing the
Internet, encouraging the sharing of more time with our family.

indicates that active technologies such as app notifications, emails, and wearable
technologies that promote exercise can reduce sedentary behavior in the short term. This
could help people establish healthy patterns and be more physically active."

With the development of this activity we understand the importance of social networks in
our daily life since social networks have become an effective method of communication
 which is immersed in the internet world a globalized world where we can interact with
people from different parts of the planet as well as general business and creating new
jobs thanks to the activity of social networks used in a good way, making responsible use

Social networks have become an effective method of communication in which we exchange

messages and communicate from anywhere in the world, social networks have contributed
significantly and positively in establishing a social connection with the different people we
want to meet anywhere in the world but also have harmful effects when they are more used
because through it there are different ways to do things outside the law such as bullying,
isolation, bad posture, visual loss, also affects our level of concentration in daily activities
when they are misused. Through it you can perform commercial work and exchange
products and services being this known in the world as digital commerce.

Social networks have significantly improved the lives of many citizens since they have
created new rich people and new jobs, improved the quality of life of content creators and
reduced the inequality gap thanks to social networks a new way of interacting with people
and exchanging experiences has emerged.

social media use, such as setting time limits for social apps, can help reduce feelings of
isolation in some people.”

With the development of this activity we were able to understand the importance of
social networks in the establishment of a personal brand since social networks have
become a fundamental tool to project our professional profile as well as share our
tastes in terms of certain topics.
 What did you find most interesting about the task?
The most interesting thing was how social networks were approached as a tool to
strengthen the personal brand as well as to generate a space for discussion within
the collaborative forum with the other colleagues to create spaces where we could
understand each perspective.
 What area or topic would you like to find out more about?
How to create my personal brand through the use of social networks seems like an
excellent idea to me
