As a future professional, in what way you can apply the takeaways?

As a future professional, having an understanding of the movement analysis of being an athlete is very
important. For example, if I am going to play a sport that way in the future, I can use my knowledge of how to
make proper movements in that particular sport. Knowing it, I can use an athlete's movement efficiency to
prevent future injury or remove chronic aches by evaluating and comprehending their selected movement
patterns. That way, I can apply it for future purposes. Some of my takeaways learnings from the webinar are
that sport-related human movement analysis is known as biomechanics. It discusses the body's motions and
their causes. There are several techniques for analyzing movement. The examination of movement phases is one
that coaches and sports scientists frequently employ. Additionally, I've learned that sports performance analysis
is important since it allows athletes to understand exactly what they did to succeed or fail. Athletes and coaches
may perform consistently by using this information to make the appropriate choices at the right times. In
essence, applying biomechanics is the cornerstone of sound technique in all sports. Therefore, we may relieve
tension and strain on the bones, joints, muscles, and ligaments by learning how the human body naturally
desires to move. Attending one of these webinars is very valuable to my education and I’m able to use the
takeaways from a webinar like this and perhaps apply them to myself in shortly the near future, as well as share
with others how the webinar thoughts about the movement analysis, is helpful. It will also help us to improve
our physical performance, and to prevent injuries. The study of daily activities like walking, sitting, and lifting
may also be done using biomechanics, in addition to human motions in sports and workouts. I've also learned
that a movement analysis is a review of a person's movements. It may combine the use of technology, such as
video analysis, with the evaluation of biomechanics by a qualified human. In movement analysis,
neurophysiology should also be taken into account.
