    The Article 3 of Bill of rights states that, "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without

    due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws." with this
    statement alone, the 1987 constitution is already being violated. Also, we have the writ of habeas
    corpus that states that we are "Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, the writ of habeas corpus
    shall extend to all cases of illegal confinement or detention by which any person is deprived of his
    liberty, or by which the rightful custody of any person is withheld from the person entitled thereto."
    Innocent lives were killed with his war on drugs and NPA and only considers this as a collateral damage.
