The research is done by Humber Management/Recruiter department

1. Client – Humber Students


Considering the subject, the Primary point we need to understand is the
reason behind the subject matter, which is difficulty finding on-campus job in
Covid 19. That’s stated as a problem here in this research, the sample would
be current students of Humber college, who are from batch 2020 & 2021, the
ones who are getting impacted the most.

The purpose of this research for management is to determine the


decisions that can be taken to help create on-campus job opportunities in this
pandemic, the benefits of which can be availed by students studying from
their home country

Relevant information reader needs to understand the present problem?


Humber management/recruiter department will have to make informed
decisions considering the following points:

 Type of on-campus jobs that are currently made available to students


 Percentage of students able to get an on-campus job opportunity.
(Online & Offline mode)
 Are students getting benefit of on-campus jobs while studying from
their home country?

3. Research Problem: How has COVID-19 made it difficult for students to


find on campus jobs and making connections, which is impacting job
opportunities

4. Research Objective: Remote job opportunities would help solve the


problem; hence the research objective would be as below:

 Creating remote job opportunities within minimum 2 months from


starting the course, which will help minimum 15% of the students to get
opportunity to work on-campus, who are missing out on it currently,
not being present in Canada

 To create a system that will ease the difficulty of finding the job and help
measure the performance of on- campus employees
