and for the youth; which will guide them into;

the alliance’s visions and promote citizen and collective participations.

Target Audience:
-The target audience would depend on the ages of the students per year level, male and or
female, and must be part or belong to student organization.

Strategy:
 Content of the message
-The ConCerCle helps the school organizations to have an active participation with
regards to the democracy and be aware of what is happening in our community. In
order to achieve the success of the project, the organization will lead the development of
the democracy project and its implementations.

 Media
-Due to this pandemic, social media is the most effective way to encourage student
organizations to join in the project. Wherein most of the communication and virtual
meetings were done online. It is also easier to reach the organization whenever we are
exchanging invitations and replies.

 Implementation
The small organization will look for the core members that are from different universities,
who are going to be the secondary leaders and will serve as a support to the MAIN
LEAD. They should represent at least 2 or 3 members of each organization as to be the
extended core groups of the project. In place of this, they will conduct an invitation or
coordinate with the student organizations to be the target stakeholders of the project.
Consequently, the members should or can commit to at least one to two hours a week to
attend meetings, updates, or tasks as agreed by core members/main leads. They shall
have sufficient experience in planning and implementing organizations’ projects, online
and offline. Then, they will learn to share and collaborate with other student leaders and
organizations. It may have an opportunity to increase the networks and learn from the
practices of others. It will also establish a safe and fun space for other student leaders
and help build a sustained community of organizations passionate for change, and
preserves a culture of growth and discovery.
