Contents:
The content of the monthly sales report will be keeping record down and record
the sales when customers order food on order system. The daily sales report shows the
daily sales at every night when ended business. Then, daily sales report will keep together
and became a monthly sales report. The monthly included the total sales, total of raw
materials, analysis of sales, and how many percentages of sales fall.
Besides that, the report will remind when the sales are fall 30% from previous
month. Thus, the managers will know about improve or maintain the quality of products
from the advertisement or marketing department. The report will also show the comparison
sales from five month before. By counting the monthly sales in the report, the company can
easily know about sales fall or increase and profit or loss. The managers can determine the
quality, service and customers needs and wants through use the monthly report.
To whom: Operational department manager, advertising department manager and sales and
marketing department manager.
Purpose:
The monthly sales report is used to determine the daily sales and analysis the
monthly sales of the company. When the system tracking the order from customers, it will
be automatic to record in the report. This will allow the advertising department to
determine whether the advertising attracted the customers or not. The advertising
department manager can use the report to determine the employees in the department do
the good job or not and can give some rewards to them if sales good. Furthermore, the
report allows the sales and marketing department to determine the products whether are
liked by the customers or not and they can make changes when the sales are not good.
Besides, the quality control department also can determine the quality of the products with
the sales report.
