Hello. My name is Eugen, I am 24 years old. I live in Chisinau, Buiucani sector.

I graduated from the Center of Excellence in Informatics and Information


Technologies, specializing in accounting.
At the moment I'm a student in the 4th year at UTM, reduced frequency program, also
in accounting. I studied accounting for myself.

From professional experience


After graduating from college I decided to get a job as a cashier at a commercial
bank, where I did primary operations
cash receipts/withdrawals, currency exchange, money remittances, cash checking.
At this job I didn't stay long because I had an offer to travel around Romania.

Then in 2019 I joined victoriabank as a customer service specialist.


This was a mixed position between cashier and advisor.
On the cash side, the responsibilities were the same as the previous job,
but there are the money transfer transactions (OP, SWIFT, CONVERSIONS)
On the advisor side, we promoted and opened cards, deposits, internet banking, sms-
info, both for individuals and
for legal entities
In 2020 the Star Card (credit card) product appeared on the market, and we were
already responsible for promoting
and sell this product. And last but not least the achievement of the BSC.
In 2021 I was transferred to a newly opened unit at the request of the head of the
agency. I made a good team with him and in
soon the newly opened agency started to be one of the best agencies with 100% BSC
realization in the whole team.
Being in this position and working with colleagues in the back office, we had
offers
from department heads to move into the back office, but colleagues in HR said it
was too early
to move to the back office, and they offered me the position of RM Retail. I made a
deal with them, I accepted on the condition that I would be
transferred to the back office.
Subsequently, I was transferred to RM Retail, my responsibilities being the
promotion and sale of loans to individuals.

I am aimed to gain new experience, as well as face harder challenges, and get more
responsibilities.
At VB, after a while, I was looking to get more responsibilities, since at that
moment I had a proven
expertise and significant results, scoring as a top employee.
VB did not have an offer to match my expectations, so I decided to take a new
challenge in another bank - Eximbank.

In February 2022 I left VB.


From February to July I didn't work anywhere, I bought a house after the city and I
was in busy with construction.

In June I got a job at Eximbank as an advisor.


Here I basically had the same responsibilities, working with individuals and
companies, accounts, cards, deposits, and already loans.
I decided to leave Eximbank, because there was an enormous flux of people, which
led to poor performance.
New employees had to face a long learning curve, so it dragged down the whole
department, and at that
pace I was lagging behind with my goal of learning new skills and gaining more
experience...
