Dear Sir,
section, I was attracted to a big signboard: Special Offer — 30% discount . Below the
signboard was a variety of tables, chairs, cabinets and others. I was interested in the
foldable small banquet tables (50 x 110cm). There was no one to attend to m e. After
waiting for ten minutes, I approached a staff at the electrica l section. She told me she
would inform the person concerned . After some ten more minutes , a staff finally
came. She looked tired and overworked but managed to answer some questions .
3. After checking one table , I placed an order for 10 tables . She wrote out the
invoice . I asked her when their van would transport the tables to my house. She made a
call to the person concerned and then apologised that the van was in the workshop .I
figured that the ten tables when folded might fit in my SUV . From her body language,
she was expecting me to load the ten tables into the trolley and take them to my car .
Feeling dismayed , I asked her whether there were any male staff to help carry the tables
to my SUV. She went off to look for two workers to help me.
4. I eventually brought home the tables . The next day, I opened one by one to check .
To my horror , I found that one was defective . I had to spend time to take it back to
the Mall for a replacement . Of course, I had to experience the long waiting again , do a
lot of explanation and produce the receipt which I luckily brought . All in all, it was
5. I must say that I regretted shopping at your Mall. However, I sincerely hope that the
customer services will be looked into and improved promptly . I would suggest the
employment of more staff and of course, the transport for better service .
