Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about incompetent workers who was doing the renovation. This situation is
ridiculous and I am very disappointed.

When I entered to my flat everything was looking fine but I was extremely annoyed to discover that
my tap is leaking and the shower does not work properly. I arrived from my job and i wanted to take
a shower but there is no wather. But when I was thinking that there will be no surprised I opened my
wardrobe. The bottom rack of my fitted wardrobe had been broken. I will send you pictures that
show the damage.

In this situation I decided to talk with workers but they were extremely rude. The Staff were rather
unwilling to help me… I felt very disrespected.

Taking into consideration all the trouble I have experienced, I believe I can expect an apology. I
assume you will provide me with a justifiction for this situation. I suggest you dismiss your staff or
provide them with proper training. Also you should ask other tenantor if they flats are fine. I may not
be the only one affected. I trust this situation will improve.
