    Respected Sir/Madam:

    I am writing this letter to inform you that I was booked on your travel agency on Dec. 27, 2019 for the
    flight coming from Manila to Davao on April 4, 2020 @ 8:35 A.M. Cebu Pacific 5j-975.

    The reason of my cancellation is that the COVID-19 infection continues to arise throughout the Metro
    Manila as well as in the neighboring provinces. We don't know when we’ll ever get back into normal
    situation.

    Please accept this request to cancel and refund my Flight Ticket.
