Dear Sir/Madam:

Nearly two years since schools were prohibited from holding face-to-face activities
due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the Department of Education already expressed
optimism that the conduct of limited physical Moving Up Ceremony will be allowed this
school year 2021-2022.

Our community/school, Castle of Young Mind Learning School, is located in low-risk

areas, hence, we will be holding our 22nd Moving Up Exercises on May 21, 2022 at Parklane
Subd., Gen. Trias, Ph. 1 Covered Court from 9:00-11:00 A.M.

This school program has a total number of 28 graduates that was supported by parents
parental consent. School staff and other technical working group with a total number 8
persons. Furthermore to ensure public health and safety, strict public health protocol shall be
implemented during the ceremony. Each graduate will be limited to parent only in
accordance with the public health orders. All attendees, including graduates and guests, are
all required to wear masks and observe physical distancing.

Our pupils been isolated for over two years now and we think that it is time to
consider face to face graduation be permitted, in order for them to experience a once in a
lifetime event in their lives. In line with this, the undersigned would like to request
approval of our proposed Moving Up Rites.
