Dear Madam;

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

I am writing this letter to ask permission, from your good office, to allow
my senior high school department put Christmas decorations in their assigned
classrooms. Each classroom has two blocks assigned to them, except for the
Chemistry Laboratory, in which only Ma’am Maglangit is designated to take
care of the said classroom.
In line with this, the funds that will be used for the said decorations will
be coming from students. The amount to be collected is decided by the
students, which is based only on what the majority can afford.
Attached in this letter are the letter requests of the teachers indicating
the amount that has been decided by their students. To summarize, the
amount ranges from P 30.oo to P 50.oo, depending on how many the students
are and how many blocks are assigned to the classroom.
We hope and pray that this request will merit your most favorable
response. This will surely make the students feel the Christmas Season and
