Sir:

I would like to inform your good office that the computer laboratory ceiling has been
severely damaged due to strong winds luckily there is no one injured during the incident. Due to
this accident some computer and equipment has been hit and damage severely.

This report has included some of the images of this incident. In this connection, I would
like to request the assistance of persons whose expert in this field to repair for the ceiling and
some parts of the computer laboratory as soon as possible to avoid any more accidents and
casualties that will happen in the near future. At the same time i also request to inspect the
building structure in the computer laboratory. Currently the computer laboratory is forcefully
closed for safety measure and further investigation. I will also prepare the list of the damage
computer after we concluded it is safe to proceed in the computer laboratory.
