Individual differences
 In my point of view individual differences mean that every
person is more different from other person especially his
natures, his abilities ,his way of talking, his level of mental
abilities, and his method of doing work, and a lot of
differences his abilities of learning and differences in
determination to do something.

 In my point view individual difference is mostly causes mostly by

heredity most people to different genetics and difference in
environment in which they live and most people have differences
in their intelligence and the influences of cast, race, region, and
 differences in their ages and differences in their economic
conditions.

Teaching
 It is communication process where teacher sharing the
information with their students and student get benefit from their
information.

Teaching as a Science
 It is a science that there are strategies and practices that a body of
research shown to effective in enhancing learning just like doctor
use research to inform there practice and teachers like scientists
experiments new techniques or strategies to see how they work.

Teaching as an Art
 It is an art that teacher must bring themselves fully into the
teaching, thus all teaching strategies that you learn should be
adopted to fit your particular situation and teaching purpose
style. To be an effective teacher you must have on teaching
philosophy own unique talent and learn how to use them.
