1. WHAT ARE THEY?

R: Emotions are a set of feelings that each person has that depending on the circumstances
is how reactionary, for example can present: happiness, sadness, anger and dislike.

2. HOW DO THEY OFFECT US?


R: Emotions are important things that help us express ourselves but affect us when we act
violently and harm a family member, friend or even a stranger.

3. HOW CAN WE CONTROL THEM?

people.
- Awareness of one’s own bodily changes: become aware of the bodily changes that
occur when experiencing emotions.
- Developing emotional intelligence: learning to manage your emotions even in the
midst of a critical situation.
- Keep your mind calm: keep your mind calm for optimal working memory
performance.
