Criminology Senior Students Visibility: A Study of its Impact in the Effectiveness of

Following School Dress Code

INTRODUCTION

The role of the Senior Student all over is to provide a law-abiding model that will impose

good manner, ethical and professional decency among its Junior. One of the practices are the

must execution of proper dress code that seems to be one of the most basic rules yet lot of

students neglect to follow. Senior Students of Criminology visibility however, are most likely to

instill discipline among its Junior and follow such rules. Moreover, it creates a confident, neat,

and uniformed students that most likely to excel and provide a cozy feel inside the building

premises.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The main purpose of the study is to determine the visibility of Criminology Senior

Students in the Effectiveness of Following Dress Code in Tomas Claudio College and its

implication to effective student-professors relation.

Research question: “What does the professor thinks when all the students follow rule and neat?”

DATA COLLECTION – INTERVIEW:

I ask one of my classmates of what he think will happen if every corner of the school

premises have one or two senior students assigned to check if the dress code is followed by the

criminology students, will it be a conflict? He replied, “I don’t think it’s a bad idea, I will surely

create happiness among students who take their time to prepare and look ready to school and will

they will feel appreciated, also it will allow student to learn the importance of basic rules

specially that they are soon to be law enforcer.”

I asked him one more time, “what do you think will be the reaction of the seniors?” we

both looked fascinated when we realize the possible answer. “Who would like to take a blame

for something that they didn’t do?” he said. Discipline should be imposed on one’s life, it

shouldn’t be depended on how the rules are regulated, student/ individual must follow regardless.

ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

To best of my ability, here is what I think the effectiveness of Senior Visibility in

following school rules or the dress code. Based on the interview I had with my classmate, it takes

two to tango, students are responsible for their own actions, they must not depend their actions,

behavior to whom they shared the facility with but how they want to see other when the time and

situation required decency and professionalism. However, senior students will create a huge

impact and will create a good role model in their junior. They are most likely influence

excellence student to thrive for something good, such as to follow rules, and their presence will

put sense of fear for those who don’t follow. Also, it increases the chance of good relation

between students and professors as they also want seeing neat, uniform, and discipline students

that they know will be responsible in protection, security in the future.
