situation.
2. The are 5 ways to inform the customers about the safety and security information
1. Distributing safety and security information through handouts/information sheets,
videos/signs or posters, demonstration, and real examples.
2. Verbally discuss to them about the terms and conditions as it is standard for many

for everyone’s safety and to prevent further accidents. Letting suspected persons realize
that they have been seen and recognized in the area where the event is happening can
help to prevent a trouble, because prevention is better than cure.
4. Being a tour leader, you are responsible for the safety of your tour members. In order to
keep them safe you need to show them that you know everything because they will rely
on you on the whole tour so as a tour leader your actions need to be publicly show just
like safety and security it needs to provide to everyone so that everyone knows what to do
and not to do.
5. A proper incident investigation requires that incidences be recorded as soon as they
happen. The main source of data regarding the parties involved and the sources of
hazards is having a written record. Keeping incident reports helps build a better plan for
coming incident prevention and offers a wide range of facts about the situation.
