    - Discuss whether the Water Use Licenses “Entitlements” requirement is implemented


    effectively and indiscriminately in South Africa. To contribute meaningfully to this question,
    you will need to review the rules governing licensing and general authorization and various
    water uses and practices of users in SA.
    - If you are affiliated with an organization that relies on Water Use as part of its core
    business, please share to the class how the current Water Licensing laws affect your
    organization. Please do not share confidential information that may hurt or disadvantage your
    organization.
