    Subject: Agreement for Maintenance Works
    Introduction: The 2nd party has to do the work as per the requirement of the 1st
    party for the following terms and conditions below.
    Scope of Works:

    01 a. Outside all damage AC
    tray repairing. 1 50,000.00
    b. Building electric lighting
    and maintenance
    AED FIFTY THOUSAND ONLY
    Terms & Conditions:
    A. All materials will be provided by the 2nd party.
    B. Scaffolding/Lift will be provided by the 2nd party.
    Payment method:
    30% Payment as advance
    20% Payment after finishing 50% works.
    50% Payment after finishing 100% works. Note: Above terms & conditions
