This exercise really helps a person especially for us architect students because we really don’t have time

to check our health due to our plates and other activities that were more focus on. My upper body feels
good after the exercise and I felt like it improves my strength, endurance, and mobility. When I’m doing
the exercise, I am having hard time in doing the shoulder press because it’s my first time after 3 months to
lift dumbbell again. Having these kinds of exercises really are important for us because it will improve
our physical body, endurance and our strength.
