Name of the activity: Doing exercise every week

By doing exercise 3-4 days a week within 30 mins to 1 hour, I’ve learnt that exercising had really
improved my health. Before that, I was weak and easily became stressful, I often chose to
relaxe myself by lying on the bed instead of stretching my muscles. So my mom forced me to do
something, she usually did some yoga and she always told me that since the day she practiced
yoga, her health has imp5roved a lot. She taught me some yoga and I followed her. First, I ditd
it 5 minutes a day then I slightly increase the time to 15-30 minutes. I also looked for lessons on
Youtube. My main aim is becoming taller and improve my health so I found a guy who is a PT
and he uploads videos about height and losing weight and I have followed his trainings.
Now, i rarely to coughing, sneezing or having fever when the weather changed. I also learnt
that it’s not too tiring as I thought before. After doing exercise continuously for 30 minutes
made me stronger than doing nothing. I realized that my muscles are more relaxed and
recreated. Doing this for a long time also helps me learning that the most important thing is not
doing exercise as much as possible, as heavy as possible or as long as possible, it’s doing it as
right as possible. The right position with a reasonable intensity to my health will increase the
efficiency. In addition, having a plan before starting is also important such as how many kgs do i
want to lose. I want to lose weight from what part of my body given with a period of time also
helps me looking for exercise movements that I really need.
